2026–2027 Coaching Staff
The Pembina Valley U18 Hawks are pleased to announce our coaching staff for the upcoming 2026–2027 season. We are excited to welcome back Head Coach Jeff Andrews and welcome Len Dupasquier to the Hawks coaching staff.
Jeff Andrews — Head Coach
The Pembina Valley U18 Hawks are pleased to announce that Jeff Andrews will return as Head Coach for the upcoming 2026–2027 season.
Jeff brings over 18 years of coaching experience at all levels of minor hockey, from U7 through U18, including coaching in the Zone 4 high school hockey league with the Morden Thunder and W.C. Miller Aces.
Jeff also served as Head Coach of the U18 Female Hawks from 2011–2015, where he guided the team to three MFMHL Championships and an Esso Cup National Championship in 2012.
A high-performance coach and physical education teacher in Morden, Jeff brings a wealth of experience, leadership and knowledge to the Hawks organization.
The Hawks are excited to have Jeff back behind the bench and look forward to the upcoming season.

Len Dupasquier — Assistant Coach
The Pembina Valley U18 Hawks are pleased to announce that Len Dupasquier has accepted an assistant coaching role for the upcoming 2026–2027 season.
Len brings over 30 years of coaching experience across all levels of hockey, from minor hockey to Junior A. His experience includes three years as an assistant coach with the Wayway Wolverines, five years as Head Coach of the Central Plains Capitals U18 team, and several years as Head Coach with both the U15 and U17 Central Plains Capitals.
Len has also worked as a scout with both the Wayway Wolverines and Dauphin in the MJHL.
Head Coach Jeff Andrews is excited about the addition of Len to the coaching staff and is looking forward to working with Coach Dupasquier to create a competitive environment that will help push the Hawks forward throughout the upcoming season.
