As the league handed out this year’s awards for top players and all-star team selections, Bryson Yaschyshyn and Lane Apperley of the Hawks were awarded first and second team selections respectively.
Bryson currently sits with a 14-9 record, a 2.44 GAA which is third in the league, and a league best . 931 save percentage. Yashyshyn is instrumental in the Hawks success this season providing key saves when needed.
Lane sits third amongst defenceman in points in the league tallying 10 goals and 28 assists. Lane plays in all situations and has been a big driver on offence for the Hawks this season.
The Hawks would like to congratulate both young men for their outstanding seasons.
